20 years after the successful medial unicompartmental replacement of the knee that patellar and lateral compartments are now arthritic and the knee has been successfully revised to a cementless mobile bearing. The 82 year old mobilsed fully weight bearing day 1 after major revison surgery

REVISION TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT

Patient had a cemented THR in 1988, revised in 1998 due to plastic wear of the socket and now again in 2018 (after 30 years after the primary THR). Donor bone is used to reconstruct the pelvic defect
